On behalf of the San Clemente Exchange Club, we are pleased to share that the 2024 

edition of the General J.K. Davis Semper Fi Golf Classic, also known as “Play Golf with an 

American Hero”, generated $39,000 in proceeds this year.  Your contribution as a player or donor  made all the difference in helping us to achieve this outcome; and for that, we 

are sincerely grateful.

Because of your help, we are able to continue our “unity for service” mission by the 

awarding of grants to various local nonprofits and other charitable organizations that provide 

services and assistance to those most in need within our community.  These include 

organizations that work to prevent child abuse and domestic violence, those that support 

seniors, and others that assist struggling families in need.  Our Club additionally awards 

annual grants to the local Boys and Girls Club, as scholarships to deserving high school 

seniors, and to organizations both on and off Base that support the Marines, Sailors, and 

families at Camp Pendleton.
